ABOUT US

Our restaurant was founded in 1997, following the successful careers of its founders who come from prestigious restaurants.

Angel Alonso, in the kitchen and Eduardo Navarrina, together with Jesus Medina in the lounge, a guaranteed success for their recognized trajectory in high cuisine, so they join their know-how to offer traditional Basque-Navarrese cuisine and an original menu to the most delicate palates, where the protagonist is certainly the supreme quality of their raw material, in addition to the impeccable preparation.

The partners have been able to select and train a team of highly qualified staff, where they combine forces with one main goal, that Dantxari History must be a part of the national gastronomic heritage.

OUR WINE CELLAR

Our selection of wine is chosen with the aim to present the best quality grapes for a full-bodied, distinctive wine.

By offering a wide variety of cavas, white wines, rosés and reds, with approximately 150 references and 30 different denominations of origin, at different prices, you will enjoy and discover the fantastic taste and the world of wine.

Jesús Medina, our sommelier, supported by his experience and recognised career, provides his professional advice, when necessary, in the selection of the best wine.
